Job Responsbility:
1. Maintain machine daily SPC.Manage O.I., SOP, OCAP, FMEA and other files of machines.
2. Establish new product process & machine recipe.Monitor machine stability and complete machine acceptance.
3. Monitor anamolies online.Investigate and analysis of the causes of anomalies and make improvements to prevent recurrence.
4. Optimize recipe parameters to increase WPH and improve yield.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Science and Engineering.
2. About three years of semiconductor industry process experience.
3. Familiar with mainstream machines in semiconductor industry.Be able to independently establish recipe and deal with abnormal problems.
4. Have clear thinking, strong problem analysis ability and reporting ability.
5. Have strong ability to work under pressure.Be able to independently deal with cross-departmental communication problems.
6. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
