Job Responsbility:
1.Interacted with customers.Conduct customer risk assessment.Transform customer demand.Provide relevant reports.Accompany customers to audit and visit the factory,etc.
2.Lead the new product introduction process.Lead the conference.Gather data.Write the documents.Promote the process and technology,etc.
3.Be responsible for the process of the new product introduction to mass production,including the NPI data summary、establishing mass production process、chairing the kick-off meeting、organizing the data according to customer requirements and in charge of the yield improvement during mass production.
4.Solve the quality problem of the new product introduction to mass production.Make improvement measures .Improve customer satisfaction.
5.Carry out system integration.Optimize map system、process system,、yield system, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Science and Engineering.
2. More than three years of process or process integration experience in semiconductor industry.
3. Have relevant experience in dealing with customers and clear logical thinking ability.
4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
5. Good communication and coordination ability and pressure tolerance.
