Job responsibilities：
1.Maintain machine SPC and update documents as O.I., SOP, OCAP, FMEA etc.
2.Establish manufacturing process & recipe for new product and monitor stability to buy off.
3.Monitor manufacturing process,analyze abnormality to improve low yield and prevent from recurring.
4.Optimize recipe parameters to improve WPH and yield.
5.Provide training for shift engineers.
Job requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering.
2.About 3 years’ experience in semiconductor industry.
3.Familiar with mainstream machines in semiconductor industry, able to independently establish recipe and deal with abnormal problems.
4.Logical thinking, strong problem analysis and reporting ability.
5.Strong ability to work under pressure and deal with cross-department communication problems independently.
6.Fluent oral and written English.
