Job responsibilities：
1.Debug and maintain the equipment, complete equipment evaluation, installation, switching, transformation and other projects as planned.
2.Troubleshoot the equipment.
3.Improve the efficiency and capacity of equipment contionuously.
4.Manage equipment files, write equipment PM O.I.&SOP, establish and file technical documents.
Job requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in science or engineering.
2.At least 3 years’ experience in equipment maintenance, evaluationin and buyoff in semiconductor industry .
3.Good English.
4.Strong ability to work under pressure, good communication and coordination skills.
