Job responsibilities：
1.Arrange manufacturing planning for different customers according to MPS and manufacturing capacity.
2.Achieve monthly shipment target and provide production plans to satisfied customers.
3.Cooperate with MFG to deal with emergencies in production process and ensure timely delivery.
Job requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering or equivalent.
2.Familiar with manufacturing management in semiconductor industry and have more than 5 years of manufacturing planning experience.
3.Good communication and coordination skills, good ability to work under pressure.
